Tatar underwater research detachment of the Russian geographical society was established on Friday a record for Soi Ki-Guinness, lost in the lake Labynkyr in Oymyakon region of Yakutia.
The record was set on 1 February 2013 at 14.00. The squad made a dive into the lake at the coldest point of the globe in the coldest time of the year.
